Removal of old account from Sky ID

Hi, going through the Sky ID help page now suggests that Sky have acknowledged that there is an issue with returning customers being stuck with their old accounts on their Sky ID. This causes a headache as we can't make any amendments to our current services online meaning a call to Sky is necessary every time! 

I thought I would post here rather than call and get lumbered with someone who doesn't know what to do (I've tried countless times over the past few years to get it sorted to no avail). 

Long story short, can my old Sky account from a previous address finally be removed from Sky ID so that I'm able to correctly manage my current account. Thanks 🙂

Hi there, this is something you'd need to talk to our Sky Id team about. The can remove any old account from a Sky Id so you can start fresh 🙂 Unfortunately they do not have a chat and you would need to call.
