Relocation of both my CSP and ONT from the ground floor to the First floor due to building works

Dear Sky Broadband Team,

I would like to relocate both my CSP and ONT from the ground floor to the first floor as we have building works staring next week and the current study will become a wet room. The first floor study will be used instead.

You will need to call Sky to arrnage this.

Perhaps note that relocation to a higher floor isn't a 'normal' task, and also that your suggested timescale is rather optimistic, particularly in a period with multiple Bank Holidays.

Thanks for the updates, is there anyone on here that has any experience of requesting this activity or has a means of making a precise request to get the best outcome

If your building work is mostly internal then you may be able to just get the ONT relocated if the cable run is practical. You would need to arrange this via Sky customer services and will come at a cost of around £65.

If you absolutely need the CSP relocating then you may be able to arrange this directly with Openreach by filling in this form: https://openreach.my.salesforce-sites.com/form/?NRV

However, as mentioned above, your expectations for timescales to complete this work is very optimistic and unrealistic. You could be looking at several weeks to move forward with any of the required work.
