Relocating my incoming broadband box

Hi, we need to move our sky optimal cable box to another wall but the green plug is too big to go back through the existing hole. I can see a little nut inside the plug - is it simply a case of undoing it then popping it back when the new hole has been made? Sorry if this is a silly question I just don't want to start it and then have no Internet as I work from home

No, that's a factory terminated optical connection and is extremely unlikely to survive disassembly.

@Tara1000 the fibre connection is very delicate and easily damaged. Moving the ONT is a job for a trained  engineer with the right kit so call Sky to get a price.
