Hi
I lose WiFi connection between my Sky hub (a fairly old SR102) and Qbox every week and sometimes every few days. I lose connection with my phone, tablet and laptop. I have followed all the guidance and resolve the problem by switching off then on again. What else can I do? Do I need a new router?

Find out more@DavidNewcastle Sky should have provided either the er110 or er115 the so called Sky Q hubs which look like the Sky Q minis when they fitted Sky Q. If you still have a SR102 call Sky to get it swapped out as it is not fully compatable with Sky Q..

Thanks @Chrisee . Typically, my wifi worked fine after my query, but yesterday it failed again. So I am going to request the er110/er 115 Sky Q Hub as you suggest. Fingers crossed!
