Refund needed after service cancelation
I scheduled for my sky broadband service to end on Monday the 19th of may 2025 as i was moving house. At that time I set up a new contract for sky broadband to be installed into to my new property. However I later decided against this and chose another provider. As I was still in my cooling off period for the new contract I was able to cancel the new sky contract.
Unfortunately I was still charged the first month of my contract and the £10 broadband installation fee despite cancelling the installation and contract!
How do I go about requesting a refund for this charge?

@Ryanw123 Did you receive cancellation notice from sky when you did all this?

Do you see a credit on your Sky account because if you do we can help you via here to get this refunded.

Hi,
From what I can tell I have £20 credit in my account as a result of my cancellation. But nothing about the £10 install charge being refunded.
What's the best way to raise this query?

Can you recommend a sky helpline? I never can get through to them sadly it's always robots and people telling me I've got the wrong department

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
