Refund and returns

I returned my sky hub over a month ago and haven't had a refund of my last payment in August? I cancelled 14 days before my next billing date and returned the sky hub the day after I received the packing from Sky. When can I expect a refund?

Automatic refunds could take up to six weeks from the last day of your service connection and goes to the payment method on file if it’s still active, otherwise once the amount is showing as a credit on your Sky account if you call Sky they can manually process the refund in 3-5 working days.
