I have issues downloading some apps and reels - this has only been an issue for about two to three weeks but it is happening more and more.

@Eric7374 check the settings of the Broadband Shield in the My Sky app as if set too low that will block social networking.

@Eric7374 not sure what you mean by "reels" but if you are having throughput issues with your broadband connection first log onto the connection test in the My Sky app click through to run the broadbsnd test which will tell you the current connection speed as well as the recent history and the guaranteed speed for your line. If speds are lower than they should bethecapp can offer to book an engineer to check your line.

Thanks but I've already done this and the speed looks OK. Leading on to many videos that should show on Facebook and emails to videos. Jigsaw app will no longer load properly etc. a variety of items just will not load.
