Re: Red los light on openreach n no Internet connections

Called the hotline and said it's not office hours. I desperately need help as I can't do my work without internet connections..... ran the service check and red flag is on saying there's a problem but no further instructions there for how to solve or who I can reach for help.... so helpless here 😭

It redirected me to book an engineer when running the service check n I have booked online too. is it pretty much everything that I  can do right now? Just wait for their test/ message? May I ask if I need to call the hotline and report this issue again?  πŸ˜”

@Goldiee you are buying a domestic briadband connection where Openreach have a 2 working day SLA. The fact you choose to use your line for work is your business but it doesnt give you any priority. A report made today Friday shoule be fixed by the end of Tuesday if it isnt you qualify for compensation see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

if an engineer check is booked there should be no need to make another report but while the fault may get fixed more quickly I would plan for the worst.
