Red light on the LOS part of the ONT

Hi,

 

First time poster here so apologies if this is not the right place for this.

 

I currently have a broadband outage at the house. The ONT has a red light on the LOS section.

 

Anything I can do from my end to help resolve this or just have to wait for it to be solved externally?

@Emmet40 thecred light indicates your ONT has lost the optical signal so is a matter for Oprnreach. As you need to report the outsgecto Sky I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
