Red light on sky hub max

Does anyone know why the red light on my sky hub won't change? I have tried everything and it always just goes red.

@Sammybby93 a red light on the Sky Max hub indicates loss of connection. Using a mobile connection log into the My Sky app and go to the service checker which will tell you if Skt are aware of an issue affecting uour line if it doesnt call Sky and report it.

It says everything is OK on the app so going to have to give them a ring tomorrow. Thank you.

@Dee94 line faults need to be reported to get them fixed. With 5 million Sky customers several thousand statistically will have line faults at any one time. Faultscan have different causes Openreach report they fix 85% of outages within 2 full working days of report.
