Red light and emergency medical gear

Hi.  I've got a red dot on my router.  I have medical equipment that needs the WiFi and on top of that the whole house is a smart home.  The lights, the heating, everything.   I've unplugged it twice and left it for 2 mins each time.  Can anyone help please?

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back before 7.

If it's not I suggest you report it to Sky.

No ISP can possibly guarantee uninterrupted cabled connectivity to an address: that's just not possible given the topology of the UK broadband network.  Where critical equipment is involved, I'd strongly suggest choosing to pay extra for  automated failover to a cellular data service.
