Red Voice Light then no connection

Really frustrated - upgraded to full fibre a few weeks back from fibre to the cabinet and have had nothing but trouble since.

 

the voice light on the hub goes red/amber pretty much every week since upgrading and then I have no internet session on my devices, a reset on the hub resolves this temporarily but it keeps happening.

 

what can be done?

@WRC0 you need to report the issue to Sky but you maybe able to stop it happening by powering down your hub for an hour. The cause is probably a faulty server managing your connection at the exchange.  Powering down should get you connected to a different port which is working properly. Sky will get round to fuxing the unit but it takes time to happen.

Exactly the same situation as described. Will give the suggested answer a try. It's annoying because it is always like this when we wake up in a morning, and there is much more to do than unplugging connections. Thankfully just oince a week.

Really annoyed just switched from zoom less than a month and the red light voice is on , first day kids off school and engineer can't come out
