Recordings and catch up not working

If anyone can help my screen just says please wait when I'm trying to watch a recording or catch up tv.

@AG009 what Sky TV system are you using? While an issue with your broadband might stop catch up from working recordings playing on a main Sky Q or Sky+ box wont be affected by having no network connection..
