Recently moved from BT full fibre to Sky full fibre and there is a marked degree in performance.
Had BT full fibre for 2 years, expensive but very good. Recently transferred to Sky full fibre and the performance is no where near as good..

Re: Recently moved from BT full fibre to Sky full fibre and there is a marked degree in performance.
I too have just transferred from what I found was efficient BT Broadband system to Sky Broadband basically to save cost. However Sky's performance seems to fall well short of BT evidenced for example by my Ring security camera which tells me my current WiFi is poor and is affecting that system's performance. Did this problem get solved? - I would like to hear from the experts as I feel I have taken a backward step.
Any help would be appreciated.

@Flycaster2 WiFi performance can vary between hubs. Deoending on which hub you had from BT you may find the Sky hub has lesser range especially if tge BT hub came with satellite units. If you had disc extenders frim BT Sky sell a similar bundle called WiFi Max which can provide up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
If your Ring camera is outside your home you may well need an extenders inside the house nesr the location of tge cameraxas external walls block a lot of signal level. However in thecend it is up,to you as you have up to 31 days from activation to reject Sky's service. You can do as I do myself and buy a third party whole home WiFi setup the choice is yours.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
