Recently got broadband installed - don't subscribe to sky tv but have apps on Sony tv and subscribe to Disney and netflix. Netflix is ok but can't sign in to bbc iplayer, prime or Disney apps

@SeaswimPlease check your broadband shield, this can be found in my account in the broadband & talk section. Broadband shield is set at PG-13 by default.
