Recently changed over to Sky Ultrafast .Broadband speed is fast but constantly dropping off
Changed over to Ultrafast Broadband with Sky. The fibre connection was made to the nearest available site a few metres from the front door. Since then broadband is fast but constantly dropping off. TV apps , phone apps, Amazon Alexa all drop off and need reconnecting. Can't get a real person at Sky to advise me or help me.
