Some recent work was undertaken by Openreach at the end of my drive. Since this, my internet has been intermittent, unreliable and keeps dropping out whilst I am in work calls.

What if I can't login into the maintenance area. I have tried so many combinations of usernames and passwords. They do not work, are there alternative ways to get this router report?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JohnathanB your dtats show that the hub is synching at 40Mb/s download and has been connected for nearly a week without the connection dropping. Therefore if you are on a 40Mb/s package that looks fine. Not so great if you have a guaranteed speed for your package higher than 40Mb/s.
At a guess I would think the instability is down to poor wifi signal perhaps due to interference. Do you have issues on devicescconnected by ethernet cables? A hub reboot will force the hub to find the least congested wifi channel if that is the problem.
