@bubs0121 I also have the FF500 service from sky, had the SR203 that is the Black Sky Broadband Hub, one version back from your Max on for the first six weeks, never missed a beat with that, but it's back in the box and so since Mid Mar till now virtually zero problems on the FF500 service! The sky Max is a works or not type, and a few tricks to get it better, so not sure if you have been down that rabbit hole yet!

Yes I had that white Sky max hub.  I have the EE smart hub plus with WiFi 6 I think. I know they are now offering a new one with pro wifi 7 to new customers

@Avril1970 Thanks for the reply, and yes you will be better off with the EE you have, the sky Max appears not to be so good pushing the wifi about as well as what you have now!
