As per my last post I told you to call Sky if you were able to see enough drops that it would convince them to send Openreach out. Nobody asked you to keep posting them everytime it drops.

Some positive news to report. Some work must have taken place externally at either the cabinet or exchange because the latest stats are as follows...

Although your WAN uptime seems to have stabilised you currently have over a million collision packets which is a sign something isnt right with your network. What do you have connected via ethernet?

The collisions are due to me using a 5g router on one pc as a stop gap whilst the broadband was playing up.
