Received new router today and connected it to q box ok. But unable to watch on mini box

The mini box refuses to connect to the q box - have tried rebooting and resetting - the mini box refuses to work with the new router though it did with the old one. The new router is in a different place because of fibre coming in but in the 4 days while waiting for the new router to arrive the old router was used with fibre in the new room without a problem. Can you help?

I still got no internet and I think you need to send me a new router it's been off now for three days and you said you'd send an engineer and nobody's beenk
