Really sluggish slow broadband

Hello our broadband is extremely slow.

its been somewhere between 30-75 for a while now, wheel of death whilst streaming 

you guarantee 150 plus and it's nowhere near that 

this test was run next to the box

That's entirely plausible for a wireless device.

Any 'guarantee' (typically a minimum of 100Mbs for a 150Mbs Ultrafast 1 service) is for a cabled connection at the router.
