Really slow download speed all week.

 Had a really poor interent connection, sky is saying my connection is fine on the website but every other website is showing my MBPS at 0.91 etc.   (Wired CAT6 Ethernet connection. when swapping my ISP its fine - I have two when one has issues but the other has intermittent cutting out issues rn.)
