Really slow WiFi and buffering on TV and Gaming

My WiFi has been horrifically slow the last week with buffering on TV and gaming. The app shows no knows issues. I have this information: 

Status of your broadband and WiFi network

Broadband Connected

WiFi Enabled

WiFi Network Name (SSID) SKYRIK1Q

WiFi Network Visible Yes

Current WiFi Channel 11 (2.4 GHz), 36 (5 GHz)

WiFi Encryption WPA2-PSK

VoiceConnected

can someone help/advise please 😞
