Really poor download speeds

 Sky fibre have superfast supoosed to be the fastest and paying for it. Yet i only get 140mps.

engeneer bokked on the day she arrives its sittingbat 400 and the day after she left back to 140mps

so not getting what inam paying for??

In addition how are you running speedtests?  Are they frim a wired device or a wifi device?
