Really poor Wifi speed since upgrading to Sky Full Fibre 150 (Sky Hub 4.2)

I've just had Sky Full Fibre 150 installed and I have to say the Wifi speed is shocking. If I stand right next to the router I get 150Mbps - which is great but if you start to move away from the router or for example go to my bedroom (1 floor up) my connection drops to 33Mbps.
Now of course I understand that the further away from the router I get the speed will be slower but I was getting a faster connection on my old Sky broadband through the copper cable.
I have the Sky Hub 4.2 and it's just not fit for purpose - I currently have the 2.4ghz & 5ghz joined at the moment - If I split them and connect to the 5ghz, the speed drops down to between 25 & 30mpbs - which is totally unnaceptable.

All my devices that I connect to are Wifi 6 but as I can see the Sky Hub is only Wifi 5
As you can see there is no problem with my connection just the Wifi. I have tried moving the router, splitting 2.4ghz and 5ghz, rebooting the router and even a full factory reset.
What else can I try???
