Re: Internet keeps dropping out NOT my WiFi signal

I am continuing to experience drop outs. About 5 times today already. I cannot locate how to contact sky via the App. Also having difficulty even finding a sky contact telephone number. Can anyone please advise? Thanks. @Anna999 your line is not particularly healthy but unless the guaranteed speed is 67Mb/s I not sure Sky can get Openreach out to improve things. The noise margin of 6.8dB is raised which indicates a less than ideal line but well within the range that the automatic systems can deal with. If drops get over 9 a day then it is considered a fault.

You can call Sky on your Sky Talk line by dialling 150 for a free call if that line is crackling that actually improves the chance Openreach will stir their stumps. Otherwise you can find Sky numbers via the contact us links at the bottom of each web page if you follow the link far enough or search online but note Sky only use numbers starting 03 any others are likely to be call forwarding agencies using premium charging lines.
