Are you able to run a speed test using a device etherneted to the sky hub on fast.com

Could you post your hub stats

@Peter18011964 34.6mbps over wireless may well be reasonable for your service, wireless can be affected by intereference that can cause speeds to be lower than you would expect and for some it can be significantly lower.

What package are you subscribed to?

What speeds do you get from an ethernet connected device?

Do other wireless devices get a better speed?

My previous phone only ever 'tested' our 500Mbs BT FTTP as around 40Mbs because that was the limit of the handset hardware.

All such tests will return zero Mbs on the far side of a few walls: that's the natiof WiFi.
