Ran a service checker and it shows all is fine but no internet

Internet just cut out so i rebooted and turned off at sockets for five minuites. Power light yellow ad nornal. Wifi yellow as nornal. Internet light no colur and voice light orange. How do i rectify this please

@Alex132  Did you also run the broadband test to see if it was able to find an external issues?

Thank you for responding, it appears there is a  fibre issue affecting hundreds of people in the area. An issue at the mast

@Alex132  Is that the information that you are getting from the broadband test? Sounds like an exchange issue is there is a good number of people having issues in the area.

I have the same issue ,but keeps going for over a month now ,the first and the last light are flashing, but the middle one doesn't
