RIP off Sky broadband sale

I have been sent a letter stating that in the Sky January sale I can have Full fibre 100 broadband for £29 due to being a SKy VIP customer but when scanning the QR code on the letter the offer is completely different online!

when calling Sky they told me the offer is for new customers only! Fuming!
