Hi.
Just wanted to ask about a process of returning equipment to sky after cancelling subscription.
Had an Optical Network Terminal (ONT) fitted last year, it's an Open Reach one. Do i need to return this box to Sky as a whole package as i received it, or do i return just the cables and paper box it came in? (As on the box it says clearly "leave me behind when you move")
Cheers

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Definitely don't send the ONT to Sky, (or take it with you when you move) : that seriously inconveniences the next occupant. An ONT and its power supply is the far end of the national Openreach optical network and remains at the address in perpetuity (or until rendered obsolete by the arrival of FTTP faster than 1Gbs)
Sky want their Hub (router) and its power supply back, plus any Sky booster hardware loaned to you.
