REPEATED CANCELLATION OF SKY BROADBAND by OPENREACH - AT WITS END

After being messed around with Sky for a few weeks (they would be on the phone to me for hours, payment ready, as soon as I pay the price has changed), literally hours wasted on the phone. After being in contact with an agent to complain too, I was offered me a great price, I finally agreed to a deal. Everything paid for. The next day, I get a email saying we need more information to process the order.

I call. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I have the exact same phone call as the day before, having to process the whole order again because OpenReach cancelled it with 0 explanation.

Today (the next day) I have received the same email. I assume I am expected to spend another few hours doing the same thing AGAIN. I have had enough. I am not calling again wasting hours and hours on the phone. I have seen other posts on here so there is no guarantee Openreach won't cancel it again. This is unacceptable.

If this isn't sorted out within the next 2 weeks I will also be cancelling the Sky Stream I received yesterday. I have had enough being messed around. Enough is enough.

That's correct: if they cannot actually provision the service (which would typically be over a new FTTP circuit) then the order would obviously be cancelled.

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.

@Priya95  Your not contacting Sky customer services by posting here, they won't see your post nor will they know who it's from.

Threats to leave will have zero effect with other customers as this is a customer helps customer community.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
