Putting the price up for poor broadband
My WiFi connection is extremely poor and inconsistent. I work from home so need to be able to use Teams throughout the day but the connectivity is so bad I can't connect or send even messages via Teams. If I can't use your WiFi I will need to move to another provider. And if I move WiFi/broadband will move my tv package as well. This comes the day after I was notified you putting my broadband cost up from 1st April so def not good enough

Re: Putting the price up for poor broadband
In case you're nor aware you're not talking to Sky Customer Services on here as this is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers. Sky Broadband is a domestic service so if connection is important for work related activities you may need to consider a business plan which will be even more expensive.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging
