Pulse Credit card app cannot login over Sky Wifi/Broadband network

My Pulse credit card app stopped working. After much time reinstalling app and many failures I contacted Pulse custommer support. This has only started happenning in the last few days..

 

After an hour on the phone to Pulse trying severla different things th support guy happen to mention they've been having problems with sky customers.

 

It appears that the initail authentication does not work. I informed him that the router/ hub was relatively new and uses Wi-Fi 6E and I have other things that wont connect and Sky support do not wish to support opening firewall ports to get these things working.

Does it work if you use mobile data with your mobile ?

The white Max Hub is WiFi 6 rather than 6E.

 

It also uses WPA3, and Map-T IPv4 address sharing on the upstream network side which is known to have side effects.

Works fine on mobile data.

I've also had this issue recently with Sky. The pulse App works fine on mobile data.

Something has changed in the last week or so and according to Pulse customer support there is no timescale to get this fixed
