Pulling my hair out
I just want to renew my Broaadband contract. I have no landline or use Sky on my mobile phone. I cannot get a bit of sense from that Live chat auto bot thing. The 2 phone numbers I have tried tell me they cannot link that phone number to my account which they won't do as I do not have a phone account with them. Nowhere on the web site gives me chance to renew online. Can anyone suggest what I can do. I have been trying to solve this for over an hour. Signed into sky using sky ID but when I try to do anything else its all accsess denied.

Sorry if you've tried that before. Just trying to help. I know how incredibly frustrating Sky can be.

Thank you I tried that but my only option there is to upgrade at an extra cost for loads of stuff I don't need or want. Looked at my next predicted payments and it says its over £40 per month. All I have is their Wi Fi. no phone or sky tv so looking to cancel before my contract ends.The problem is I only use FirestickTV and run a lap top so wi fi is an essentialI just want to be able to speak a human who understands what I am saying.Their web site offers no help just that bot thing which is useless.

You have a phone line. Sky Talk landline is bundled with Sky Broadband. It just seems you haven't attached an actual handset to make use of it. If you attached a cheap handset (you can probably get one for £5-10) then calls to Sky Customer Services are free from it and you can call to renegotiate your discounts for another 24 months.
