Puk/broadband stopped working yesterday afternoon?

My sky subscription stopped working yesterday afternoon so I'm now not able to watch sky tv wich I pay for? So I haven't had any broadband since yesterday afternoon how can I fix this problem

There is a wide scale issue with Stream pucks going back to yesterday evening: that's independent of any broadband outage.

If you've currently got no broadband connection, you'll need to have that resolved before going through the procedure to reset a Stream puck.

 

I don't believe there's currently any wider broadband outage, so it's likely the be an issue in the particular circuit to your address.
