Ps5 connected to wifi, but kicks me out of online games

My playstation5 is connected to the internet , but won't connect to some online games servers or kicks me out once connected and it lags. Might be my NAT type. 

need some technical help

It isn't a good idea to be connected by wifi for gaming this is because it does cause lag and momentary latency spikes which will upset UPnP as well.

 

Best course of action is ethernet wire the PS5 console to the router, if this cannot be done then the second best thing is use ethernet over powerline adapters, eg: homeplugs. HomePlugs distribute the ethernet signals via the mains home wiring system if good enough but usually it is and performance far better than WiFi when a completely wired ethernet connection cannot be used.
