Promised connection never happens, so no broadband for 9 weeks. Latest disappointment 28/12/23. Don't know what I can do? Sky don't contact me to explain why, re-assure me, or specify new date. Just goes on and on, with no broadband service 🙁

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
