Problems with phone and wifi

Engineer came out to fix an issue with my phone and WiFi. Green light was flashing when should be solid line. It was working when he left but both the WiFi and phone keeps dropping out again and middle green light is flashing intermittently.

I am having the same problem. Nothing works on wifi ( TV, Internet, or Google nests) made 3 phone calls to sky, they split the bandwidth and made things worse.  Will have to call out an engineer tomorrow.

@Michelle1002 As you have a history with the fault, you just need to call sky again and report it as still a problem, that is the best way!
