Problems with my sky broadband hub

I need to book for an sky q engineer as I have still with my sky broadband hub and also with sky q box but I could do both new equipment as my sky broadband hub has been replaced before, but my sky q box has been replaced before but my sky still works but I have done an service checker already it still saying an problem with my sky broadband hub please could I ask sky customer service to give me an ring tomorrow

My sky still works but on the service checker is still saying an problem with my sky broadband hub and as well the sky q box

@Natwest  If you look on the Sky Q board there is a  very large thread on the problems that hapened with Sky Q yesterday and today.

Is your broadband not working at all in your home so no devices like phones can access the internet at all ?
