I used to be able to log in to my desktop computer from my laptop. Recently it stopped working and I would get, Server Not Available.
I tried to log in to the hub but it wouldn't accept my password. I did a reset and was able to log in with the original password. But when I try to apply any changes I get, the server unexpectedly dropped the connection.
Is there anything I can do or do I need to contact Sky?

Typically accessing the Hub admin pages over WiFi, particularly using Safari browser from an iThing, can be problematic.

I have also tried it on the desktop with ethernet connection.

If it still doesnt work you'll need to try factory resetting the hub, you can do this by holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for 30 seconds.
