Problems cancelling "now powered by sky" broadband

I have Now powered by Sky Broadband for about 12 months which I need to cancel because I'm moving house to where already is a Broadband and I don't need 2.

Router has a SKY name, Sky box, I  have SKY  id, Sky account,  and been billed by Sky.

Problem occured today when I got transferred multiple times between departments and Sky people said they can't cancel because I don't have Sky and I need to speak to Now. Got transferred to Now, where they said,  they can't cancel because I have Sky not Now and it's a wrong company/department. Got hung up on me twice and nobody wants to help or has a solution. 

What to do?

@ID6 Just had a quick look at one off my bills, so sky account number is 12 digit's as long as you have that then redo the contact to sky, bill also states Sky Broadband & Talk Bill.....

If you dial 150 from your landline phone see who it takes you too!

I do have a 12 digit number. But i can't call from the landlines, as I don't have a physical phone.
