Problem my broadband

Hi team, I have problem with my broadband. Wi fi isn't not working. I checked everything but I don't know what happen . Can we someone help please. Tks

Do you have any ethernet devices and are they working or is it just wifi?

Certainly the image you posted show everythings fine

 

What sites are you visiting ,?

Is your sky broadband shield disabled?

I don't know about this . 

I'm trying to enter any site and every time I get an error. and WhatsApp is having a problem.
