Hi All, hoping someone can help, i have a HP printer, after speaking with HP technical support they have advised that i need Sky to make the below changes, i cannot get hold of anyone at sky to talk to to help me so im hoping someone on here may be able to give me some advice.

"I would kindly ask you to please contact your Internet Provider so they can separate frequencies to 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, and open the necessary ports for you. Those ports are TCP and UDP Ports: 45222 & 45223, 80, 5353, 5358, 5222, 5223, 5357, 3702, 443, 427, 8080, 209, 1900, 5298, 5350, 5351."

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Wallace10 You don;t need to call Sky to split the wifi bands if it's dual band router, this is best done with an ethernet conneceted device.
