Printer connection issue.

I am trying to connect my printer useing the wire as its not WiFi and I can not get it to connect. I have checked all the leads turned everything off and started again. I have been trying for 4 hrs.i have follow guides previously on here and on internet and nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas. It's a office printer a konica bizhub.

It would be helpful to have the model number of the printer. But generally speaking, it should be a matter of connecting the printer to the Sky Hub router by ethernet cable or wifi whichever is easy for the position of the printer in the house.

It is a konica minotaur bizhub C224e.

I have plugged it in and it just says no network. I jave spent 4 hrs trying to get it to connect. When I do the troubleshoot it says no network. The only thing that has changed is me changing over to sky from bt.

I suggest you reset the printer too it's factory default, comnect it to the router then check if it's in the list of devices and if it is take a note of the IP address. Then see if you can ping it from your laptop or desktop.
