Price rise effective 01st April 2024 for my Broadband plan

Hi, I had received an email few days back from Sky on price rise (increase by 10%) to my broadband account. But when I called the customer care and they informed price rise doesn't apply for me. I can clearly see my account number, broadband plan, current & revised price mentioned. Any feedback on how I can confirm which is correct please? Regards, William

I do not see why the price rise would not be applicable to you, I believe it  applies to all accounts.

Have you joined Sky Broadband in the last couple of weeks in which case you may find the increase will impact you after a couple of months grace?

If you have an existing offer where you bet bb for a set price then the increase has no effect

if you have a discount offer for money off the monthly price then it would be affected
