Price Increase for Same Broadband Speed After House Move
Hi,
I'm moving house and I’ve been told my current Ultrafast Plus broadband isn’t available at the new address. However, you’re offering me a different package at the same speed (500Mb/s) but at a higher price.
Can you explain why the price is increasing if the service remains the same?
Also, if the exact service I signed up for is no longer available, am I allowed to cancel without early termination fees?

@Gio_Marco
If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
If you have phone and broadband this will be a new contract as Sky have to cancel the line at the current address and take a new one in the new address.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: Price Increase for Same Broadband Speed After House Move
Incase you are not aware this is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky so if you want to do this you will have to call them to see if you can get a discount n the package that is available at your new property and also ask them about terminating your contract.
