Im trying to avoid having to take a day off work for a engineer to come, and wondering if the previous tenant used sky wifi would i requrie an engineer to setup a new wifi system?

Unfortunately not. Where wbc fttp is available it will take priority over fttc vdsl and g.fast. its part of the move away from copper based broadband and a migration to fttp
