Power and WiFi lights on but no internet light

I have the ONT fitter which shows 

 

Power - ON

PON - ON

LAN - ON

 

My router is the Sky Broadband Hub SR203

 

Power - ON

Internet - OFF

Wifi - ON

Voice - OFF

 

I have reset the hub using the reset button and I have disconnected all cables and reset it and still no internet. I logged in via the browser which says "Broadband Disconnected".
All cables are connected correctly into the correct ports, no damage, no power issues.  

 

I've ran the test via the app and browser which shows that everything is working correctly. I've checked the service checker which also says "No known issues" in the area. 

This has to be an external issue, maybe in the box. Unfortunately I have no internet or TV as it's Sky Glass.

I have the exact same issue no WiFi, voice or LDS light went on the website that's no help at all. I've had to connect via data off my phone

Mine has come back on. It's just been left plugged in whilst I've been using my mobile data. 

Sorry I don't have a fix other than just leave it. I'm guessing it's been an error on Sky's part and has been resolved.

Given everyone innthis thread posted after 1am and before 5am it is likely thst the issues are down to overnight msintenance work where kit has to be taken off line. If that applies in every case the service should be back up this morning. If it isnt then its worth checking if the `service Checker in the My Sky app reports a known fault in the area. If it doesn't then call Sky to report it.
