Posting my box back

I cancelled my subscription and explained to the person over the phone I'll be moving on the 19th which has been and now just been emailed stating the returns box has posted to my old address, can I have a new one posted to my new address?

@melxox  You are not talking to Sky, no new packaging will be posted to you on the back of a forum post.


You can use your own packaging and print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
