Possible to pause activation of Broadband WITHOUT cancelling order?

I need to cancel the engineer's set-up visit to give me time to install new plugs in the skirting.
I am not activated yet and can't fix a future date yet. Can I pause the activation WITHOUT CANCELLING the entire order?

Thanks for any info.

Ps, does Sky have an email address for questions like this? My cell phone no. registered with Sky is a friend's (according to Sky "for 1-way emergency/set-up comms only"), so I can't call personally to ask these questions.
